22kW destination (three-phase) 4h 21m 7.4kW

250kW peak 26m 74.2kW

Why the AC numbers look low at home

The Mokka Electric's 7.4kW AC rating is a single-phase figure, so a standard UK home charger gives you the car's full AC speed. There's nothing to gain from a three-phase supply here.

None of this affects rapid charging: DC bypasses the onboard charger entirely, which is why the 100kW figure above is unaffected.

Charging curve

Maximum power the Mokka Electric accepts at each state of charge. The curve drops sharply above 80%, which is why most rapid-charging sessions end there.

About this battery

The Vauxhall Mokka Electric's charging behaviour above is derived from its cell chemistry and pack architecture using our own model — not copied from a third-party test database. Here's what's inside the pack and why it produces the curve you see.

Stellantis e-CMP platform with CATL LFP cells (2024+ production). Earlier units used NMC; refreshed cars use LFP which gives slightly less peak speed but a more durable curve for 0-100% charging.
